The drying chamber adopts parallel and arched structure layout and pedrail to convey the substrate. It is equipped with auto EPC device and it has multi-segmental temperature controlled system. The tension of rewinding and unwinding is auto controlled. According to the customer s requirements,it can be equipped with corona treatment device.
